Spring Housing Cancellation

Students currently living on-campus that are not planning to return for the spring semester due to graduation, study abroad, or credit bearing internship will need to submit a housing cancellation form located HERE under Services. Students in those circumstances will need to submit a housing cancellation form before the start of the spring semester to avoid any additional housing charges.

Spring Meal Plan Selection

Students currently living on campus and are continuing to live on campus for the spring semester will be able to select their spring meal plan starting October 23!

Students can select the same plan they have now, or a new plan. To learn more about the meal plans offered, visit the Sodexo Website HERE. The Spring Meal Plan Intention Form will be open until November 17 to select a meal plan. If a student does not select a meal plan, they will be assigned the 15/week meal plan. Students living in Campbell Apartments will also need to select their spring meal plan. As a reminder, Campbell Residents can select “Campbell No Meals” plan.

 

To access the Spring Meal Plan Intention Form:

  • Log into TruView
  • Select “Student” under “Tools” on the left-hand side
  • Select “Student Housing/Residence Life”
  • Select “Housing Portal” under “Student Housing/Residence Life”
  • Select “Spring Meal Plan Intention” in the Housing Portal

 

Spring Only Housing Application

Below are instructions on how to access the Spring Only Housing Application, which is needed for any student who does not currently live on campus in the fall semester

  • Log into TruView
  • Select “Student” under “Tools” on the left-hand side
  • Select “Student Housing/Residence Life”
  • Select “Housing Portal” under “Student Housing/Residence Life”
  • Click “Apply for Housing!” in the Housing Portal
  • Select the “Spring Only” term
