HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Led by Andy. A cross training program that combines multiple disciplines of fitness, such as strength, cardiovascular, balance, coordination and flexibility, in a high intensity format. Exercises are designed for total body conditioning with an emphasis on maximum effort to provide a complete workout in just 55 minutes.

Yoga

Strengthen, stretch, and invigorate yourself with this complete mind-body workout. The isometric, flexion based- strengthening poses flow together to create personal challenges for everybody while leaving you feeling refreshed!
