Fitness & Recreation

Campus Recreation offers the activities, programming, and facilities to keep you moving and engaged all year round, including:

  • Fitness and wellness programs ranging from yoga and introductory ballet to aerobics and personal training
  • Workshops about workout equipment instruction, healthy eating, and more
  • Intramural sports such as volleyball, tennis, soccer, basketball, wiffle ball, floor hockey, foosball, pickleball, and many others
  • A weight room, treadmills, multiple gymnasiums, and cardio equipment in the Student Recreation Center
  • Outdoor adventures like rock climbing and the Amazing Race campus scavenger hunt
  • A natatorium with a six-lane, 25-yard swimming pool
  • Outdoor activities in the surrounding Kirksville community, such as the Forest Lake Area Trail System and hiking, boating, swimming, and more at Thousand Hills State Park
