Is something broken?
The Truman Physical Plant Fix-It team is here to fix anything that breaks in your room throughout the year. All you have to do is let them know what is broken.
How To Submit a Fix-It Repair Request:
Submit an online repair request. Remember to provide:
- Your name
- Your building and room number
- What is broken and how it is broken
Please note that you acknowledge that by submitting a Fix-It Repair Request you understand that Physical Plant staff will enter your room or apartment in order to complete any necessary repairs. Physical Plant staff will knock on your door, and if you are not home, they will let themselves into your room in order to complete the repair.
What About After-Hours Emergencies?
If you have an emergency repair, contact your hall staff and they can make sure someone comes right over.
