Transfer Articulation Agreements

Truman State University has program-to-program transfer articulation agreements with several community colleges.  These agreements assist students in making a seamless transfer from the community college to Truman.

The agreements provide students who have earned the Associates in Arts degree the opportunity to complete a baccalaureate degree at Truman, contingent on acceptance as a transfer student.  Through these agreements, any student who qualifies for admission to Truman and who has earned an Associate in Arts degree is guaranteed that Truman will accept designated freshman and sophomore transferable credits and all general education credits and will apply the credits to the baccalaureate degree in a manner consistent with the treatment of native students.

In addition to transfer articulation agreements at the community college level, Truman has also partnered with other institutions to expand students’ pathways to graduate school.  The following institutions have entered into agreements to allow Truman graduates priority consideration for admission to their program.
