How to Make a Payment

Authorized Users – Log into

Payment may be made by electronic check with no extra fees charged.  Or you may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).  A 2.95% convenience fee is assessed when paying by credit card.

Students – 

  1. Go to,
  2. At the Student tab, click on Student Finances & Student Employment.
  3. In the Student Finances section, click on Student Account Suite and then Make Payment.

This brings up the students’ current account balance. Please note the current account balance is not reduced by pending financial aid. If the student has financial aid that is pending, you will need to subtract that amount from the total balance to get your payment amount. If you are paying on the Flexible Payment Plan, you must calculate the payment amount yourself. 

You should receive an email confirmation once you have paid.  If your payment cannot be processed, you will receive a second email notification.
