Foundation Board: Lauren Gramlich

Lauren GramlichLauren (Allen) Gramlich is currently the executive director and program manager for F-15 International Programs at The Boeing Company, located in St. Louis, Mo. She joined Boeing in 2005 and has held numerous engineering and program management roles in Boeing’s Defense Space and Security and Boeing’s Global Service businesses including leading businesses based in Virginia and Missouri. Gramlich is engaged in supporting Boeing’s Resource Groups and leads various mentoring and coaching activities at Boeing specifically supporting women from diverse backgrounds.

Gramlich serves as Boeing Executive Focal for Truman State University. In this role, she is responsible for leading Boeing in supporting engagement events, activities, grants, and scholarships for students and faculty at Truman.

Gramlich holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Truman State University. While at Truman, she was active in Women’s Varsity Golf, Club Ultimate Frisbee, and Phi Sigma Pi.

Gramlich and her husband, Bret (a Truman alumnus), reside in Kirkwood, Mo., with their two young daughters.
