Biography

Heiman was the Iowa class 2, district 9 co-defensive most valuable player for Kuemper Catholic. He recorded 74 tackles, with 60 being solo, two interceptions, two fumbles forced, and two fumble recoveries. He earned all-district, first team all-Western Iowa, the KCIM first team and Omaha World Herald team. The Knights were twice district champions and his teams were state playoff participants three times. Heiman earned Hawkeye Ten Conference all-academic and academic all-district accolades. Heiman has been a member of the honor roll for four years and plans on a major in either Business Finance or Economics at Truman. Alex is the son of Alan and Jill Heiman.
