A First Look:
The Truman men's soccer team opens up a five-match in 10-day stretch of games this weekend, as the Bulldogs travel to GLVC-preseason favorite Indianapolis and Saint Joseph's before returning home to host former-MIAA rival Lindenwood on Tuesday (Sept. 29) afternoon at the Bulldog Soccer Park.

Last Weekend:
The Bulldogs saw both ends of the spectrum last weekend at home, as Truman defeated Lewis 4-1 on Friday (Sept. 18) afternoon before falling 3-0 to Wisconsin-Parkside on Sunday (Sept. 20) afternoon. Truman's offense exploded in the first 30 minutes against the Flyers, as Craig McLaurine, Trevor Kaufmann, Brian Kane, and John Lee each found the back of the net to spot Truman a three-goal lead for the final 60 minutes. However, on Sunday, luck was not on Truman's side, as the Bulldogs hit two posts and out-shot UWP 14-7, but the Rangers took a 3-0 victory.

About the Bulldogs:
Truman checks into this stretch of matches at 2-4 overall, 2-2 in the GLVC, and right in the thick of the league table. The Bulldogs are one of six teams sitting at the .500 mark through four contests – including both of this weekend's GLVC opponents UIndy and Saint Joseph's. On the season, the Bulldogs have been out-scored, 11-5, but have been active in the offensive end by averaging more than 10 shots per game. Truman has earned 23 corner kicks and has put 28 of its 63 shots on frame.

Five different 'Dogs – the four listed above along with senior Corey Nolte – have scored this season for Truman, while freshman keeper Drew Orf has played 495 of the 540 total minutes in goal with a 2.00 goals-against average.

Head coach Duke Cochran – who needs just three victories to become Truman's all-time winningest coach – is in his 11th season at the helm of the men's soccer program in 2015.

Bulldogs Picked 11th in GLVC Preseason Poll:
