Join us for a series of mini-events on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday designed to help you relax and take a break from studying. Watch for pop-up events around campus.

ACTIVITIES

MONDAY, Feb. 28

Profs and Pups

Quad
10:30 a.m. – Noon

Profs will be on the Quad with their pups ready to walk with anyone that wants to enjoy a study break.  Other pups welcome!

Mindful Monday

PML 308, Presidential Reading Room
11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Start the week right! Take a few minutes to relax and reset with Eric Dickson, Assistant Professor of Music, and Janet Gooch, Provost, by joining them in a Mindfulness session.

Mindful Coloring Book Space

Outside Violette Hall 2420 and upper VH commons
1  – 4 p.m.

The School of Business will provide coloring books, adult coloring books, colored pencils, crayons, and markers. Take your artwork with you or leave it for display. Hot chocolate provided!

Make Your Own Trail Mix

Ryle Hall, Main Lounge
7 – 8 p.m.

Lots of options to combine into your favorite study snack!  Allergen Alert:  Nuts will be included.  There will be prepackaged snacks available to anyone with a nut allergy to stop by and pick up without having to enter the lounge.

Campus Tour

Bell Wall
7 – 8 p.m.

Need some inspiration to stay strong mid-semester? Join Zac Burden (Residence Life, Mayor of Kirksville) for a historical tour of campus exploring some of Truman’s best stories. The tour will include a visit inside the Kirk Building. Come check out this historic building that will soon be renovated into the Student Success Center.
