Prior to joining the nursing faculty at Truman State University in 2006, Pam has over 20 years of clinical work in the areas of medical-surgical, obstetrics, staff development, and quality improvement. At Truman State University, Pam has taught a variety of courses ranging from Professional Nursing Leadership and Lifespan Development to Public Health and Maternal Neonatal Nursing. In addition to teaching courses, Pam has been the Simulation Center Coordinator since 2011. Her research interests include simulation and interprofessional education (IPE).
