Dr. Cypret is an experienced French educator and applied linguist who consistently aims to enhance language learning in both university and high school French settings. Her research focuses on language pedagogy, multilingual education, language teacher identity, 20th-century French literature and philosophy, and post-intentional phenomenology.

 

Recent publications include:

"Entangled agencies and rhizomatic intra-actions of possible selves: Pushing the boundaries of agency research with world language graduate teaching assistants" (2024), which is currently under initial review.

"La vie contemporaine et les médias" (2022), published in the textbook Le Pont: From intermediate to Advanced French.

"I muted myself": Accepting responsibility as White educators through post-intentional phenomenological inquiry" (2022), co-authored with Marcy, Yenney-Henderson, and Gamble.
