Captain Jacqueline Donnelly was commissioned as a Quartermaster Officer from the University of Michigan ROTC program in 2016 and earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Upon completion of Quartermaster BOLC, CPT Donnelly was assigned to the 1st Battalion 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, TX. While there, she served as the Maintenance Platoon Leader, Distribution Platoon Leader and Maintenance Control Officer. During her time, her unit completed an Operational Rotation to the Republic of Korea from 2017-2018. Following her completion of the Combined Logistics CCC in 2020, CPT Donnelly served as the Company Commander for the Miami Valley Recruiting Company in Mason, Ohio until December 2022. CPT Donnelly currently serves as the Assistant Professor of Military Science for the Military Science Department at Truman State University. 

 

CPT Donnelly’s military education includes Quartermaster Basic Officer Leader Course, Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, Support Operations Course, Military History Instructor Course, Equal Opportunity Leaders Course, Common Faculty Development Instructor Course. CPT Donnelly also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently working on her Masters in Higher Education Administration at the University of Louisville.

 

Her awards consist of The Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, the National Defense Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon.
