Through getting to be president of the Nursing Student Association (NSA), I was able to learn so many lessons in nursing leadership. However, without a doubt, my favorite aspect of holding an executive position for NSA was getting to connect with every class level in nursing. From freshmen to seniors, it was great getting to bring a huge group of nursing students together, laugh about the craziness of school, and motivate each other to keep pushing forward. This was one of the most rewarding roles I’ve ever gotten to experience in undergrad!
