As an Army nurse, I not only get specialized training in my area, I’m also responsible for being the charge nurse immediately in my career. Educational opportunities are highly encouraged so I can perform my job to the highest standard of nursing. I also perform additional duties, provide leadership for committees and constantly find ways to improve care for my patients.
