This interactive training will explain what by-stander intervention is, provide tactics for intervention, and explore the situations in which such intervention is most likely to be utilized.
StepUP is a National pro-social bystander intervention strategy that we implement campus-wide at Truman to engage students to teach safe effective ways to intervene in situations of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, and harassment.
This interactive training will focus on consent and coercion and the impact on students in relation to gender-based misconduct. It will also explore the federal laws that are required for the University to follow.
This interactive training will focus on an overall understanding of the Student Conduct Code and the responsibilities of students and organizations under the document.
This interactive training will provide overall and fact-specific means to reduce risk within student organizations. This training can be tailored to either the executive leadership of an organization or the entire organization.
