Kristin Rose is an assistant professor in the Justice Systems program at Truman State University. She graduated with a Ph.D. in Criminology and Justice Policy at Northeastern University. She also holds a M.A. in Administration fo Justice from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Her research interests include the corrections system, correctional programming, the collateral consequences of incarceration, and death penalty issues. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Offender Rehabilitation, the Journal of Interpersonal Violence, as well as Crime, Law and Social Change. She is a member of the American Society of Criminolgy.
