Mr. Justin Hirniak is currently serving as the Recruiting Operations Officer for the Truman State University ROTC Battalion. He joined the Program in August of 2018. He is a 1986 ROTC graduate of Norwich University, Northfield Vermont. Mr. Hirniak's commitment is to work closely with young adults who have the drive, desire, and selfless service to enroll in Truman's ROTC Program and subsequently achieve a Commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army.
