Jeanne Harding is Truman’s Director of Graduate Studies, the Institute for Academic Outreach, and Field Experiences. She worked in Missouri public schools for more than 20 years in a variety of roles - elementary teacher, middle school teacher, high school English teacher, gifted K-12 facilitator, and elementary principal - before joining Truman in 2014 as the Director of Field Experiences and a Lecturer in the Education Department. She served as Interim Dean in the School of Health Sciences for two years and the School of Arts and Letters for one year before beginning her tenure with Graduate Studies and the Institute for Academic Outreach in 2020.
Harding says she has the “best job on campus” as she gets to work with so many incredible students of all ages - from middle school students attending the Joseph Baldwin Academy to high school students taking Early College classes to undergraduate students in Education courses to graduate students enrolled in master’s programs - she gets to help learners reach their dreams.
