Originally from St. Peter, Minnesota, Bailey received her bachelor of arts in English from the College of Saint Benedict in 2015 and her master of arts in communication studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2017. She previously worked as an English teacher and varsity speech coach for the St. Peter Public Schools school district as well as an adjunct instructor for the communication studies department at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Bailey’s interests include social justice, interpersonal communication, and leadership development. She lives with her husband Nicholas, a medical student at A.T. Still University, and their dog Dennis.
