Peace Meditation Event in B219 (open to all)

Join Art of Living Club in B 219 (Not 251) 5-6 PM for our weekly Guided Peace Meditation. We are lead in light yoga stretches for flexibility, easy breathing exercises to recharge our energy, and then we are lead into deep meditation with a variety of methods (which change each week). We come in tired and leave happy and fresh! Support world Peace by finding and radiating peace inside! (no charge–only recharge). Beginners welcome. Whole community is invited: students, staff, faculty, and Kirksville.
