The National Education Association will be putting on a Trunk or Treat for all community-area children, their parents, and other community members! All student organizations are encouraged to decorate a car and bring candy to give out to the kids. The event will be held in the Parking Lot between Barnett Hall and Patterson St. on the west side of Franklin St. on October 30 from 3-5 pm (rain date: October 31, 3-5 pm). This is a great opportunity for organizations to get involved in the community and attend a fun event with their members. Information will be sent out to organizations about registering to participate. It is free to sign up and all are welcome! All students are encouraged to reach out to Cameron Massieon at cjm3477@truman.edu to inquire about getting involved in helping run the event if they will not be attending with an organization.
