National Deficit and Debt

Romina Boccia directs the Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget at the Heritage Foundation in Washington D.C., whose budget analysts and economists cover taxes, labor policy, pensions, appropriations, infrastructure, and transportation. The Center leads the production of Heritage’s Blueprint for Balance, an annual federal budget plan that was the foundation of President Trump’s budget proposals to Congress, and which has had a profound influence on congressional budget resolutions.

Boccia received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from George Mason University. She has appeared before live audiences across the globe from Stockholm, Sweden to Tokyo, Japan and also serves on the Foundation for Economic Education Alumni Board.
