Jazz Combos Concert on Monday, November 14 at 8:00 p.m. in the Ophelia Parrish Performance Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.
The concert will be performed by Truman student jazz combos featuring standard jazz compositions as well as original composition created by students as overseen and directed by Dr. Tim AuBuchon. A plethora of styles ranging from swing to Latin, funk, and more will be performed. The combos are formed by small groups of four or five musicians which allows for lots of improvisation and musical interaction.
