Convery, Director of Statewide Initiatives at the Minnesota Historical Society and the former State Historian of Colorado, will present “Confronting Controversy: History Museums in a Troubled World” at 7:00 PM in Violette Hall 1010. Can museums find common ground in our increasingly divisive political climate? What is a museum’s role and responsibility in navigating controversial subjects?
