The Chicago Alumni Chapter invites you to come out and learn about serial killers! Join us for A Weird Chicago Event: True Crime and Serial Killer Tour, followed by a lecture by Truman State University Professor Sal Costa.

This unique event will combine a bus tour of Chicago and a speaking engagement with psychology professor Sal Costa. The afternoon will begin with the tour featuring Chicago’s history and infamous serial killers. Following the tour, we will meet at The Farmhouse for an informal reception with Sal.

A professor of psychology, Sal has taught at Truman for many years. He is experienced in the study of serial killers; the initial course he created at Truman was inspired by a former FBI agent and a close friend. Truman is one of the few universities that offers a couse on serial killers. At the reception, Sal will be discussing many aspects of the serial killer, the phases they go through, and the difficulty in capturing them.

Cost for the tour is $35 for chapter members and $40 for non-members. The reception cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. If attending both, the cost is $50 for chapter members and $60 for
non-members. Guests can join for the tour, just the reception, or both!
