Buddhist Meditation on Loving Kindness taught

Art of Living Club is offering the experience of Buddhist meditation on Loving-Kindness (Metta Meditation) on Wed February 20 5-6pm, BH 219.

Metta Meditation allows you to cultivate the extention of loving kindness (friendliness) from yourself to others of all types, to animals, and the whole world. Feel how this technique is an antidote to anxiety, depression, and restlessness as your positivity expands and your body calms.

All are welcome, no payment, no obligation–just leave shoes outside the room, and plan to stay for the whole hour.
