The BIG Week of Giving is a week-long event put on by the SERVE Center. During this week, the SERVE Center will collect food and monetary donations for the Pantry for Adair County. This year, the SERVE Center has paired up with the library and DPS so that students can donate non-perishable food items in place of paying fines and tickets. They have also paired up with Tau Lambda Sigma, Phi Delta, and Cardinal Key to table in the Student Union Building to collect food and monetary donations. Additionally, they have paired up with ResLife to have a food drive competition between the residence halls. The Pantry for Adair County accepts monetary donations through Venmo @Pantry-For-Adair-CO-MO. To donate or to get more information, stop by the table in the SUB, DPS, Pickler Memorial Library, or any of the residence halls November 6-10 or email serve@truman.edu.
