Nina Mukerjee Furstenau is an award-winning author and editor, as well as an experienced teacher; her most recent book is
Green Chiles and Other Imposters (2021). She holds degrees from the University of Missouri in journalism and English/Creative Writing. A Fulbright Global scholar, celebrated culinary writer, and current editor of the University of Iowa Press’s FoodStory series, Furstenau brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom.
