Michaela Outside the Office
About:
Michaela attended Truman State and majored in French and Linguistics. On campus, she was involved in Delta Phi Epsilon (social sorority), Phi Delta Phi (French fraternity), Omicron Delta Kappa (leadership fraternity). Her favorite memories at Truman include movie marathons and game nights with friends in the residence halls and excursions at Thousand Hills State Park!
Michaela has worked in the Admissions Office since her time as a student, when she served as a Student Ambassador, and has been full-time with the office since 2020. She has served as the admission counselor for various territories previously coordinated Student Ambassadors and Summer Orientation. She now serves as the Regional Admissions Counselor for the Kansas City area.
Outside of the office, Michaela plays Dungeons and Dragons with friends and crafts in many different ways such as knitting, painting, and sewing. She also loves exploring new restaurants and shops in KC. When not exploring, she likes to cook. Her pizza is a fan-favorite!
