      Library Exhibit Showcases Lewis and Clark “Lewis & Clark Across Missouri” is sponsored by the Missouri State Archives, and will be on display in the Pickler Memorial Library gallery until Jan. 16. Showcasing the expedition’s course along the Missouri River, the exhibit features authentic Native American arrowheads and tools courtesy of the E.M.       Financial Wellness Class Open to Students Truman will offer the course INDV 115 - Personal Financial Wellness during the first block of the spring 2017 semester on Wednesdays from 2-3:20 p.m. The course covers a variety of financial wellness subjects and is worth one credit hour.       A wide variety of percussion instruments will highlight the annual Fall Percussion Sampler at 8:00 November 7 in Ophelia Parrish Performance Hall. The program will feature a wide selection of percussion music, from large-scale percussion orchestra to chamber works, performed on traditional percussion instruments as well as exotic instruments such as Sulawesian reed flute, Thailanese gongs, wooden spoons and toy trumpets.       The William O’Donnell Lee Award pays tribute to excellent advisors and demonstrates how important academic advising is at Truman. Pamela Melvin, an assistant professor of nursing, began her career at Truman in 2006. She teaches public health nursing, professional nursing leadership, and the summer clinical elective course.       Sarah Warner Tichenor (’06) came to Truman in 2002, forever changing the course of her family history. Within 10 years, siblings John, Dan, and Colleen would follow, and the three older Warners would eventually find their spouses on campus. “It’s been a great experience for our kids,” Mary said. “They’ve learned and grown so much during their college years.
