Are you intimidated by the weight room? Unsure of how to use the machines? A weight room instructor will empower you by providing basic strength training information, demonstrating how to use the resistance training equipment, and reviewing weight room etiquette and rules. Come ready to learn and leave confident.
Tru-Strength is a FREE program offered to students, faculty, staff, and designated guests. Space is limited.
On the day of your Tru-Strength orientation, please arrive a few minutes early, wear exercise clothes, tennis shoes, and bring a pencil and paper if you wish. Meet in the conference room (2nd floor) of the Student Recreation Center
