All classes scheduled for two consecutive periods will take their examinations beginning the first hour of the scheduled time. For example, students in a class that is scheduled from 10:30 a.m.-11:50 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday will start their final examination on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. Daytime classes beginning at a time not listed (e.g., TTH 8:30) should take their final exam at the closest listed preceding time. Evening class exams should be given during finals week at the regularly scheduled time, and as exception to Reading Day, Wednesday evening classes can take their final exam on Wednesday evening at the regular meeting time or Friday evening at 6:00 p.m.
Any student who has three examinations on the same day may appeal, if necessary, to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs no later than Friday, April 3, 2009 for permission to take one examination at a rescheduled time.
