Why did you choose Truman?
I choose Truman because I can get a high-quality education at a low cost. In my opinion, Kirksville is a perfect place to study while building relationships and growing closer to your fellow students.
How would you describe your professors?
The professors are extremely knowledgeable in their fields and passionate about teaching. They care for the success of the students and try their best to help them as much as possible. I’ve found that my professors are very flexible and easy going, and they are always willing to work with the students.
What has been the most surprising thing about studying abroad at Truman?
The openness and friendliness of all the professors and staff, especially the staff of the International Student Affairs Office, was a wonderful surprise for me. Studying in another country is never easy, but thanks to all the ISAO members, I was able to overcome all of my troubles. I really enjoy my college life here at Truman.
How has your experience at Truman changed you?
Truman has made me a lot more independent, responsible, and confident.
