Named endowments create a lasting legacy for the donor and provide permanent resources to benefit donor-designated areas of the University. All gifts made to the Truman State University Foundation are tax deductible as prescribed by law. If your employer offers a matching gift program you may be able to double your donation to Truman State University, and in some cases, employers may match your gift by an even higher percentage. Contact your human resources office to see if your employer has a matching gift program or search for your employer's name using our Matching Gift Search Engine.

We recommend that you notify the University. This will enable us to not only show our appreciation for your generosity, but also to include your support in planning for the future of Truman State University. When you make your gift, include your spouse's name with your gift and indicate that you would like for the two of you to receive joint credit for the gift.
