Donor Recognition

Giving to Truman is not only an investment in the lives of students, but a commitment to the value of a Truman education. To celebrate and honor our donors, our giving clubs are one of the ways the University recognizes our generous supporters.

Naming Opportunities

Named Endowed Funds and Named Annual Funds
Leave your own legacy or make a tribute or memorial gift in honor of someone special with naming opportunities such as scholarships, facilities, academic divisions, lectureships fellowships, and more.

  • Sesquicentennial Plaza Project

You’re invited to make your mark on Truman’s campus by joining the efforts to renovate Sesquicentennial Plaza, the Mall that stretches between McClain Hall and the Student Union Building.  Bricks can be personalized with a gift of $150, and personalized pavers are $500. Donors can also name other items provided as a part of the Mall renovation, including garden areas that border the mall.

    Magruder Hall Brick Plaza

Looking for an engraved brick or capstone purchased during the Magruder Hall Brick Campaign?

During a past campaign to raise funds for the renovation and expansion of Magruder Hall, the University’s primary science facility, donors purchased bricks and capstones engraved with the message of their choice. If you purchased a brick or capstone during the campaign, you can find its location in the Brick Plaza by using the Magruder Hall Brick Plaza Brick Look-Up Tool.
