Foundation Board: Jonathan Best
Jonathan A. Best (’02)
Jonathan A. Best joined the Truman State University Foundation Board of Directors in July 2015. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee.
A 2002 business administration graduate, Best joined the St. Louis-based investment advisory firm of Zemenick & Walker after graduation. Today, he serves as a vice president and portfolio manager for the firm, which specializes in asset management for high-net-worth individuals who need expertise in the areas of income taxes, estate taxes, family planning, charitable gifting and retirement planning. His primary responsibilities include research, portfolio management and due diligence reviews.
Best is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and both a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of St. Louis. He has served as treasurer of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter for the Truman State University Alumni Association.
While at Truman, Best was a member of Beta Theta Pi and Omicron Delta Kappa.
