Dr. Seidel has been teaching at Truman since 1984. She teaches WGST courses, theory courses, and literature courses of various stripe. She is the author of Mediated Maternity: Contemporary American Portrayals of Bad Mothers in Literature and Popular Culture (Lexington, 2013).
Hobbies: walking in cities and gazing at the architecture; reading; going to concerts, musicals, operas, and other shows; hanging out and talking to other members of my tribe (people who love books); watching movies.
