National Guard Recruitment Officer
Sergeant First Class (SFC) Bradley A. Young is a native of Winchester, Illinois. He entered the United States Army and graduated Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 62E (Heavy Construction Equipment Operator), which in recent years has been retitled as 12N (Horizontal Construction Engineer).
SFC Young’s assignments include A Company 62nd Engineer BN, Fort Hood, Texas; HQ Company 541st Maintenance BN, Fort Riley, Kansas; 568th Engineer Company, Fort Riley, Kansas; United States Army Recruiting BN, St Louis, Missouri; DET 2 735th Force Provider Company, California, Missouri; Missouri Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention BN, Kirksville, Missouri; and currently Truman State University,
SFC Young has deployed in support of Implementation Force (IFOR) and Stabilization Force (SFOR) Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He is currently serving at Truman State University as the Missouri Army National Guard Liaison and Assistant Recruiting Operations Officer.
