A FREE, 1-hour weight room orientation led by Manny, an ACE certified personal trainer. The participant's objectives are to learn how use the weight room equipment properly, learn basic strength training information, learn weight lifting rules and etiquette, improve self-efficacy in the weight room, and learn about personal training services.
