Learn Buddhist Meditation On Loving Kindness (Metta)

Art of Living club presents an opportunity to learn the Buddhist Meditation on Metta, or Loving Kindness (Friendliness) Wednesday Feb 21 5-6pm in BH 219. We will chill with a few stretches, do some deep breathing, and learn the charming process of Meditation on Loving Kindness as a guided meditation. Learning to extend your loving kindness is one of the major techniques to calm the mind and increase your happiness. Don’t miss it!
