Spend your Saturday with the Iowa Alumni Chapter as we take a special tour at the State Historical Museum of Iowa! Museum curator Leo Landis will lead Bulldogs for a private vault tour in the museum. Highlights of the vault tour will include two Confederate flags captured in Missouri during the Civil War and selected artifacts with an Iowa/Missouri connection. After the private vault tour and viewing of other historical exhibits, attendees will reconvene for lunch at Baratta’s Restauraunt, on the top floor of the museum.

Tickets for the private vault tour are $6 for Chapter Members and $10 for Non-Chapter Members. Parking and entrance into the State Historical Museum of Iowa is free. Attendees are responsible for paying for lunch at Baratta’s Restaurant. Free parking is available on the north side of the museum, on the corner of East Grand Avenue and Penn Avenue.

NOTE: The vault tour is limited to 40 people due to the contents and space. Please purchase tickets through the Truman Alumni Store and indicate the number of people eating with the Chapter at Baratta’s.
