Happiness Program :Breathing and Meditation Training for Happiness

All are invited by Art of Living Club to learn about the Happiness Program Wed. March 21, 7:00pm MC 209. Happiness Program is a unique workshop training you in high powered yogic breathing and meditation  to breathe yourself in higher happiness and remove deep rooted stresses and fatigue.  Powerful knowledge. There have been over 70 scientific studies on this technique which support its effectiveness. Space is limited. Only offered once each semester.
