Easy Guided Meditation and light yoga with Art of Living Club

All are invited to Art of Living Club’s light yoga and guided meditation hour: 5-6 P.M. in Baldwin Hall 219 this (and every Wednsday). there is no charge, no stress, no requirements: just bring yourself and relax. We start with some simple standing stretches , do some yogic deep breathing and then dive deep into different kinds of yogic meditation. No previous experience needed. Try it out! Research shows great results for improved happiness, health, and decreased anxiety and depression.
