Buddhist Meditation on Loving Kindness

Art of Living Club invites you to experience and learn the Buddhist Meditation on Loving Kindness (Metta). This powerful meditation cultures the heart, systematically and easily extending loving kindness from yourself to the world around you. We start with some stretching, and breathing exercises, and proceed to the guided meditation. Intelligent people tend to be easily angered. This meditation is the antidote. All are invited. Take your shoes off at the door!
