Purple Belt Instructor, Guy Helm, will be at Truman on April 29th to teach a beginning Jiu-Jitsu seminar! Jiu-Jitsu is a type of martial arts that is a ground style. No experience is necessary; all are welcome! The price is $10. It is recommended to wear long sleeves and pants, but other work-out attire is acceptable as well.
