Anxiety Workshop

University Counseling Services will be offering an Anxiety Workshop during the first three weeks of April. It will meet on Wednesdays April 5, April 12, and April 19 from 3-4pm in MG 2050.

The goal of this workshop is for participants to develop and practice skills to help them manage their experiences of anxiety. This workshop will include a small amount of discussion, some homework, and a 50 minute meeting commitment for 3 weeks.
