Truman State University Proposals/Bids

Truman State University’s Purchasing Section of the Business Office posts requests for bids/RFP proposals below.  These files are available to any supplier interested in providing the commodity and/or services listed in the specifications.  The University reserves the right to post or not post any or all bids to this site. Specifications and the conditions of bidding, along with the required form(s) on which responses must be made, may be obtained by clicking on the document number below.  The University reserves the right to waive any information in bids and to reject any and all bids. All bids available for public response are available by clicking on the appropriate link.   Additionally, all addendums will be posted on this website.  It will be the responsibility of the Vendor to check this website and download all posted bid opportunities.  It is also the responsibility of the Vendor to verify if addenda have been issued and to submit all addenda with bid response prior to the bid opening date and time. Construction Bids are not listed on this site.  For information on Construction Bids, please contact the University’s Campus Planning Office at 660.785.4120.
