While you may not be on campus, you can make the most of your alumni experience no matter where you live by taking advantage of these resources for Truman alumni.

Alumni Services

Keep in touch to make sure you receive invitations to alumni events and news from campus. To help keep our records current, please report all changes in address, marital status, births, deaths and employment status to us.
How to Update Your Info
You can order transcripts and replacement diplomas from the Registrar’s Office which can also help you with any other requests related to your academic record.
Alumni have access to the same Career Center resources as students. Find tips on a variety of topics, as well as access to all of our electronic resources. You can also make an appointment with a full-time staff member to discuss career options, graduate school, and/or how to get involved with campus recruiting.
Alumni Guide to the Career Center
All Truman students become lifelong members of the University’s Alumni Association when they graduate from the University. There is no fee to be a member of the Alumni Association.

Regional alumni chapters and clubs located around the country provide a network to bring together Truman alumni, friends and parents who live in a specific geographic region.

Want to get in touch with a classmate but don’t have a current address? Use our Alumni Locator Service, and we will send your message for you.
Alumni can purchase a guest pass to use Truman’s Student Recreation Center ($3 per pass). Alumni chapter members can receive two FREE passes. Passes for alumni and chapter members are not available at the Rec Center but are available from the Office of Advancement in McClain Hall 205. To use the Rec Center, you must carry in your workout shoes. For hours and other info, visit the Recreation Center website. For more information on the guest passes for alumni and alumni chapter members, call the Office of Advancement, 1-800-452-6678 or 660-785-4133.

New students admitted to Truman who have a parent or step-parent who earned a degree from Truman State University will automatically be awarded the Bulldog Legacy Scholarship.

In addition to selling textbooks, course materials, and supplies for students, the University Bookstore can help you stock up on your Bulldog fan gear—shop for T-shirts and other apparel as well as gifts for students, family members, and alumni. Visit the Bookstore website today or stop by the store located in the lower level of the Student Union Building! Bulldog fans can also find apparel, including NMSU items, on the official online store for the Truman Bulldogs.

Publications

Watch your mailbox for the Truman Review alumni magazine or read it online. You can also submit a Class Note about a job promotion, honors and awards, weddings, births and adoptions, and other news so we can share it with your fellow alumni in the Class Notes section of the magazine.
Although the Echo yearbook is no longer printed, the University often receives old yearbooks. If we have an extra issue in our inventory, you can request a copy and we will send it to you. To see which issues are currently available, check out our Echo Yearbook inventory.

Each year, the Alumni Leaders Conference is held on campus during Homecoming. Prospective Truman volunteers, chapter and club volunteers and board members come together to share ideas, learn new techniques and network with other Bulldogs. All alumni, students, and friends of the University are invited to this free conference.

I love my alumni chapter. Our group does so many things around the city that I never knew existed. It’s a great way to meet people outside your normal social circle and of course, network! It’s a low-commitment, fun way to still be involved with the University and get to hear about Truman’s happenings.
